LegalTech Hub ranks eBrevia a Tier 1 Solution for Contract Review

LegalTech Hub, the most comprehensive directory of global legal technology tools and legal software in the world, has ranked eBrevia a 2025 tier 1 solution for contract review for law firms.

LegalTech Hub described its findings as “the result of substantial, independent research, delivering an unparalleled look at the top competitors redefining a particular category of legal technology.”

Vendors were assessed according to the following criteria:

  • Completeness of Features (Y-axis)

  • Maturity and Market Penetration (X-axis)

  • Stability (represented by bubble size — funding, financial health, and security profile)

LTH ranked eBrevia higher than Litera/Kira, Luminance and Spellbook on “Completeness of Features.” eBrevia ranked higher than Harvey and Legora on “Maturity and Market Penetration.”

“Since buying eBrevia back from Donnelley (NYSE: DFIN) just over a year ago, my cofounder/CTO Jake Mundt and I have been laser-focused on developing market-moving AI features. Private ownership has given us the freedom to run with generative AI technology, and even look beyond it.”

“Our longstanding Big Law and corporate in-house clients have asked for fast, accurate, and simple-to-use gen AI capabilities, and we’ve been able to deliver. We’re lawyers, too, and everything we do at eBrevia is made to streamline workflows.”

Earlier this year, the company launched eBrevia Lens, which empowers legal and business professionals to quickly extract information and gain insights across thousands of contracts using natural language. With Lens, users simply type in a question and eBrevia’s generative AI technology reads the documents and supplies answers. Clients are currently testing the product.

In spring 2025, eBrevia Connect launched. Connect allows clients to seamlessly integrate eBrevia’s AI capabilities into existing workflows and tech stacks, syncing with more than 2,000 business applications, databases and systems. The feature facilitates document intake and management, and allows data to be pushed from eBrevia into other systems. Clients can automatically tag documents, assign them to employees and generate reports. They can compare and validate data across systems, as well as edit the data in their preferred software.

eBrevia’s new drafting and negotiation product, DraftPro, is being tested by clients and iterated based on direct client feedback.
