Manchester’s First Legal Tech Pub Quiz Draws Enthusiastic Crowd
Over the festive period, eBrevia’s EMEA team moved their popular quiz night north from London, hosting Manchester’s first legal tech pub quiz. An enthusiastic crowd from numerous law firms and legal teams gathered at Sawyer's Arms in the city center.
Quiz master (and eBrevia account director) Sophiya Volkova touched on famous legal figures and local landmarks, but kept it light and fun with questions on related to Boxing Day and picture rounds. eBrevia Senior Director Abbas Khan introduced a brief “commercial break” to highlight the major enhancements the engineering team made to Contract Analyzer in the last 12 months, including the Prep, developed hand-in-hand with client Baker McKenzie to price and scope deals, and Lens, which grew out of conversations with fellow client Norton Rose Fulbright.

The competition was spirited yet friendly, with contingents from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Addleshaw Goddard, KPMG, and more.
